Refund & Cancellation Policy

No-Refund Policy:

  • Once the payment is made for any training program, it is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.

  • Students are expected to be fully committed to the program upon enrollment.

  • Any dissatisfaction with the course content or structure should be addressed immediately, and we will make reasonable efforts to assist students within the scope of our policies.

Payment Gateway or Technical Errors:

  • In the event of a duplicate charge due to a payment gateway error, bank technical error, or website mechanism error, we will initiate a refund process.

  • The error must be reported to us via email along with supporting payment proof.

  • Refunds for such errors will be processed within three (3) working days of verification.
